OUR RETURN POLICY
Hope is my homeboy is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order/ Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Currently we do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased so please buy with care and attention.
Last Chance items, Sale items, are not valid for exchange, store credit or refund. These are final sale items.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please email support@hopeismyhomeboy.com with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT:
We offer Store Credit for the full amount of the damaged item. We offer returns on all Full price & Sale items for store credit only provided that:
- Items are Faulty
- Sent Incorrectly
- The items were on sale at time of purchase
Or missing from your order.

RETURNS USING AFTERPAY & LAYBUY
Returns remain subject to Hope is my homeboy returns policy.
Your agreement with AfterPay/LayBuy will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
