If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. If we are charged any fees associated with the return of the parcel these will also be deducted from your store credit. RETURNS & EXCHANGES OUR RETURN POLICY Hope is my homeboy is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received. What items are returnable? Items must be in original condition. Full priced Items only can be returned Items must be unwashed and unworn. Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request. In the original packaging with tags attached. For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear. ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty. Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you. You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.
